Products
We do our best to show accurate photos and descriptions. Colors may vary slightly depending on your screen. Sizes are approximate.
Our plushies are suitable for children as stated on their label. We recommend adult supervision with babies and removing tags before giving them.
Prices and availability
- Prices are in Mexican pesos (MXN) and include VAT (IVA).
- Shipping is calculated at checkout from your postal code and chosen courier, and shown before you pay.
- Stock is limited. When you start paying we reserve your items for a while; if payment isn't completed they're released.
- We may change prices at any time, but we honor the price you accepted when paying.
Orders and payments
- Payments are processed by Mercado Pago by card, OXXO, SPEI transfer or Mercado Pago balance.
- Your order is confirmed once Mercado Pago approves the payment. OXXO or SPEI payments must be made before the reference expires; otherwise the order is cancelled automatically.
- We may cancel an order due to an obvious pricing error, lack of stock or suspected fraud. In that case we refund the full amount.
