What data we collect
We don't collect sensitive personal data. We never see or store your card details: payments are processed directly by Mercado Pago.
Our products are for kids, but purchases must be made by adults. We don't knowingly collect data from minors.
- Identity and contact: name, email and phone.
- Shipping: street, number, neighborhood, postal code, city, state and delivery notes.
- Account: if you sign up, your email and name; if you use Google sign-in, the basic data Google shares.
- Browsing: your cart saved in your browser and technical data needed for the site to work.
How we use your data
Purposes required to serve you:
- Process your order and payment.
- Create the shipping label and deliver your products.
- Send you updates about your order.
- Handle questions, exchanges, returns and refunds.
- Meet tax and legal obligations.
Secondary purposes
With your consent we may email you promotions and news. You can refuse or withdraw consent anytime by writing to luisarthe27@gmail.com; it won't affect your purchases.
Who we share your data with
Only with the providers needed to run the store, who act on our behalf and can't use it for anything else:
- Mercado Pago, to process payments.
- Envíos Perros and the courier you choose (e.g. Estafeta), to deliver your order.
- Google Firebase, to host the site, accounts and database.
Your ARCO rights
You may Access, Rectify, Cancel or Object to the use of your data (ARCO rights) and withdraw consent by emailing luisarthe27@gmail.com with your name, the right you want to exercise, a clear description of the data and an official ID. We'll reply within 20 business days.
Cookies and local storage
We use your browser's local storage to remember your cart, language and session. You can clear it in your browser settings, though some store features will stop working.
